About
The Path Here
The chart came first. I've been studying astrology for over fifteen years and practicing yoga for twelve. My 200-hour yoga teacher training took place in Guatemala. My deepest study happened in Tiruvannamalai, India, at the foot of the holy mountain Arunachala, where Sri Ramana Maharshi lived and welcomed seekers from around the world, guiding many through the path of self-inquiry toward liberation. I went there for an intensive self-inquiry program and came back with the heart of everything I now teach.
Along the way, I completed a 500-hour trauma-informed yoga certification with Terri Cooper (305 Yoga) and Yoga Nidra facilitator training with Jana Roemer. Over the past four years, I've taught in spaces ranging from beachfront hotel decks to quiet candlelit studios across South Florida, while also leading wellness retreats in Mexico and El Salvador.
What I Believe
That single idea is the spine of everything I offer. Yoga works with the body until the body quiets enough to listen. Yoga Nidra works beneath thought, where the oldest patterns live. And astrology, the strangest and most beautiful of my languages, hands you a map of your own interior that was drawn the moment you arrived.
I don't read charts to predict your future, and I don't teach yoga to sculpt anyone into a shape. Both are portals that guide you back to yourself, to the quiet inner knowing that has been there all along.
If you're curious what that looks like in practice, a reading is the truest introduction I can offer.
Because You'll Ask
Aries sun in the 8th house, which means I was never going to do astrology the cute way. My chart doesn't let me stay on the surface of anything. Libra moon, so I'll make the depths beautiful while we're down there. And Virgo rising: the part of me that shows up prepared, on time, with your chart already studied and the tea already poured.
If you sit with me, you'll meet all three.
