Cancellation Policy
Policy: Your deposit secures your spot on the trip and is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 90 days before the retreat, 100% of the total amount (minus the deposit) will be refunded. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat are non-refundable, with no exceptions. We understand that unexpected events can happen, so we recommend considering travel insurance. You are also welcome to sell the spot you purchased and/or transfer your reservation to someone else. Please note that we cannot accommodate exceptions for reasons such as weather, injury illness, or personal emergencies. Additionally, no refunds or credits will be issued for room changes, no-shows, incomplete attendance, or early departures.
